IIG Corporate Customer Service Manager Charles Penuell Announces Retirement BRUNSWICK, GA - After nearly 37 years at the helm of Pabco, Calsilite and IIG corporate customer service, Charles Penuell has retired from IIG effective Friday, June 25, 2010 in order to pursue some of his other varied interests. During a career that spans from the ‘energy crisis’ to ‘climate change’, Charles has witnessed and dealt with virtually all of the trends, and challenges of our industry. During that time he has garnered the respect and appreciation from his many colleagues as well as from a vast array of customers, vendors and other insulation industry stakeholders throughout North America and abroad. His calm and efficient demeanor has provided a steadying and professional influence, particularly in recent years as IIG has pursued extraordinary growth and diversification. His experience has proven to be invaluable in contributing to IIG’s success. Beyond his achievements at IIG, Charles continues to be very active in his many community pursuits.
